摘要
我国的人才测评在近几年虽然取得了显著进步,但目前仍然存在着对人才测评的认识参差不齐,基础理论研究薄弱,经费投入不足,专业人才急缺,测评工具选择性少,方式单一,专业机构运行机制不健全,后继跟踪服务欠缺等诸多问题。因此,需要正确认识人才测评,有效地应用人才测评工具,避免测评方式的单一和管理的低效,建立完善的人才测评机制,不断提升人才测评水平。
Although the personnel assessment system in China has been made great progress recently in China, there are many problems existing, such as uneven awareness, weak basic theory research, inadequate funds, lack of the professional, insufficient ahemative evaluation tools, unitary method, deficiency mechanism of professional organization and the follow-up service. Therefore, it is necessary to be aware of personnel assessment correctly, employ the tool effectively, avoid unitary assessment method and weak management and construct perfect assessment system for enhancing the assessment level.
