摘要
以学生为本,为学生服务,是加拿大社区学院教育的特色之一,更是促进加拿大职业教育蓬勃发展的重要因素。我国的高等职业院校应结合加拿大社区学院学生服务工作的体系、特点,转变观念,真正变管理为服务,强化学生服务工作队伍建设,构建全员参与的学生服务工作体系,尊重学生的合理诉求,尽最大可能为学生提供选择服务,为学生创造更多的发展机会,使学生早日成为高技能合格人才。
The main characteristics of students management at Canada's community colleges is the view of student-oriented and serving for students, which is also the key factor to promote the vocational education development in Canada. To cultivate more talents with high technology, China should borrow the students management system from Canada from the following perspectives: shifting from management-only to the idea of student-oriented ; building the student-serving team; constructing an all-member-included serving system; respecting their reasonable demands and affording choices for them; creating much more opportunities for students.
