旅游从业人员职业倦怠的国内研究综述

A Summary of Domestic Studies on Job Burnout of Tourist Practitioners

对8年来公开发表的有关旅游从业人员职业倦怠的57篇论文进行了分析,发现已有的旅游从业人员职业倦怠研究存在定量研究规范性不足、定性研究创新不够等问题,建议提升研究人员的规范意识、加强对旅游从业人员职业倦怠的重复验证性研究,严格学术论文的审稿标准。

After analyzing the job burnout of tourist practitioners on 57 papers which have been published during the 8 past years, the author finds that the normalization of quantitative research is not enough and the creativity in qualitative research is inade- quate. The authors suggests that we should enhance the awareness of norms in researchers and make a lot of validation studies on job burnout of tourist practitioners. In addition, it is necessary to control standards strictly in peer review on academic papers.
