有效制造密度的实证研究——以1993—2010年中国工业为例

A Positive Study of Effective Manufacturing Density——Take the Chinese Industry from 1993 to 2010 as an Example

为了研究有效制造密度的影响因素,运用1993—2010年的时间序列数据,对中国制造业28个细分行业的有效制造密度变化情况进行刻画,并考察了经济发展水平、人口密度、城市化水平和汇率等变量对制造业各行业有效制造密度的影响。分析结果表明各行业间在有效制造密度的影响因素方面存在较大差异,运用聚类分析的方法,按照影响因素的不同,可以将制造业28个行业分成四类。通过将研发支出和汇率变动因素引入到制造密度的研究中,研究他们对不同行业有效制造密度的影响,拓展了研究的视角,并针对不同行业制造密度影响因素的差异,提出了相应的政策建议。

In order to study the influencing factors of effective manufacturing density,the time series data in the years of 1993—2010 are used to describe the varying conditions in effective manufacturing density of 24 fine undertakings in the Chinese manufacturing industry.Also,the effects of variables of economic development level,population density,urbanization level and exchange rate upon effective manufacturing density of each undertaking of manufacturing industry are investigated.The analytical results indicate that there exists a great difference in the influencing density.The cluster analysis method is used to divide the 28 undertakings of manufacturing industry into 4 categories in accordance with the difference of influencing factors.The RD expenditures and exchange varying factors are introduced into the research on manufacturing density to study their effects upon the effective manufacturing density of different undertakings,whereby expanding the past research insights.This paper presents the corresponding policy suggestions aiming at the differences of influencing factors of different undertakings of manufacturing density.
