摘要
近年来,功能训练在竞技体育中的应用日益广泛,但是,对功能训练的研究却相对滞后。通过回顾功能训练的起源与发展,概括出竞技体育中功能训练的3个基本理念:强调训练动作,而非肌肉;强调动作练习的整合;强调动力链,重视"弱链"效应。仔细审视功能训练,发现它既非理论创新,又非方法改良,而是一种训练理念,主要目标是以身体整体性为基础的多关节、多维度、多肌群参与的动作练习,促进运动员肌肉平衡,发展神经肌肉协调配合能力和对身体的控制能力。功能训练是一种身体训练,属于一般训练范畴,准确理解和把握功能训练是操作的关键和基础。
In recent years, functional training has an increasingly wide utilization in competitive sports, but its research has been relatively slow. By reviewing the origin and development of functional training, the paper reached its three basic ideas in competitive sports that to emphasize training movements not muscles, emphasize the integration of movement exercises, and emphasize the kinetic chain and stress on the "weak chain" effect. Through care- fully thinking of the functional training, it is neither theoretical innovation nor method improvement, but a kind of training concept. Its main goals are that movement exercises is the muhi-joint and multi-planar on the basis of body integrity, promoting the muscle balance and developing the nerve muscle of coordination and control abilities. Functional training is not only a physical training but also the category of general training. Accurately understand and grasp the functional training is the key to the operation.
