摘要
通过使用道德立场问卷和运动训练伦理困境问卷,分别计算参加测试运动员和教练员在道德观和伦理决策中的得分,并通过设计3个独立的2(性别:男、女)×3(教育训练水平;高级运动员、低级运动员、教练员)受试者之间的样本,用因子方差进行分析。研究结果显示:在我国进行伦理道德教育时不应考虑性别的差异;当教练员用不同的伦理道德观点教育运动员时,他们应该知道自己和运动员的道德观存在区别,以优化促进运动员的全面发展;目前我国运动训练教育计划未能促进教练员和运动员的伦理决策和道德判断能力的发展。
This paper used the Ethics Position Questionnaire and the Dilemmas in Athletic Training Questionnaire to compute participants' mean composite moral ideal and ethical decision-making scores, respectively. Three separated 2 (sex: male, female)×3 (education level: high level athletes, low level athletes, coach) between-subjects design were conducted with factorial analyses of variance. The results showed that ethics and moral educational in China should not consider gender differences; coaches should know that their moral ideas are different from athletes' when they teach athletes with diverse moral ideas. Sports training education programs haven't promoted the development of coaches' and athletes' ethical decisions and moral judgments until now.
