空间管路结构单多轴随机振动环境下的疲劳损伤研究 被引量:17

摘要 从理论分析和仿真计算两个角度,研究对比了典型空间管路结构在单、多轴随机振动载荷下的动强度特性,得到了管路结构随机振动疲劳损伤与激振方式、方向和动应力响应之间的关系,提供了一种可定量预估管路结构在单、多轴激励随机振动试验中强度考核差别的方法,为管路结构动强度考核试验设计提供理论指导,并为其考核结果提供保障。 Researching and comparing the dynamical strength characteristic of space pipeline structures under uniaxial/multiaxial random vibration were carried out with both theory and simulation methods. Based on these results, the regular pattern, which was among the fatigue damage of pipeline structures under random vibration and the exciting way, the exciting orientation, the dynamical stress response, was studied and described in this paper. Then it was presented that a means of quantitative predicting the differences of pipeline strength checks between in uniaxial and multiaxial random vibration tests. All these conclusions served the pipeline structure dynamical strength check test design with theoretical instructions, and the check test results with guarantee.
