锥圈及其位置对梭锥管水沙分离影响的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过物理模型研究了梭锥管上下两锥管内泥沙沉降时间关系及锥圈的安装位置对泥沙沉降的影响。结果表明,锥圈的存在,缩短了沉降距离、阻碍了絮团间的絮凝,提供了泥沙下降通道和清水上升通道;在静水沉降中,随着沉降时间的推移,大量泥沙进入到下锥管,泥沙在下锥管中所用沉降时间占总沉降时间的70%多。下锥管为泥沙沉降的主要场所,下锥管中安装锥圈更有利于泥沙沉降。 The article research the relationshiop of sediment settlement time and the influence of sediment settlement in difference installation position of cone circle through the physical model test. The result show that the existence of cone circle shorten the settlement distance,obstruct flocculent mass flocculation,pro_ vide the sediment decline channels and water up channels. In static water settlement, plenty of sediment in- to the under cone tube,sediments settlement time used in unter cone tube is more than 70% of total settle- ment time. The under cone tube is main place of sediment settlement, the cone circle installated in the under cone tube is more conductive to sediment settlement.
