吗啉类调节剂制备SSBR的结构和性能 被引量:1

摘要 研究了结构调节剂乙氧基乙基吗啉(EOEM)、丙氧基乙基吗啉(POEM)、丁氧基乙基吗啉(BOEM)、己氧基乙基吗啉(HOEM)对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)结构和性能的影响。结果表明,4种结构调节剂均明显增加SSBR中1,2-结构含量,降低SSBR中嵌段苯乙烯的含量;调节剂并不改变SSBR的相对分子质量分布,对偶联效率影响也较小。采用EOEM制备的SSBR具有良好的物理力学和动态力学性能。 The effect of the modifiers namely ethoxyethyl morpholine (EOEM), propoxyethyl morpholine (POEM), butoxyethyl morpholine (BOEM) and hexoxyethyl morpholine (HOEM) on the structure and properties was investigated. The results showed that when four modifiers were added in- to SSBR system the content of 1,2-units was increased, the content of block PS was decreased. The ad- dition of modifiers didn't influence on molecular weight distribution and had a little effect on the cou- pling reaction. The SSBR prepared by using EOEM has the better mechanical properties and dynamic properties.
