构建终身体育体系障碍条件的分析及相关对策研究

Analysis on Obstacle Conditions of Constructing Lifelong Sports System and Relative Countermeasures

通过对终身体育体系的研究,发现构建过程中存在以下问题:大众健身意识的淡薄、体育设施欠缺、教学观念陈旧、教学方式和评价方法改变不力、社区体育的体育指导员不足等一系列障碍性条件.在对障碍条件进行逐一分析的基础上,提出解决问题的建议和对策.

Based on the research of lifelong sports system, it was found that the following obstacles existed in the construction of the system, such as, lack of sports consciousness, deficiency of sports facilities, staleness of teach- ing idea, ineffective change of teaching methods and evaluation methods, and the scarcity of instructors on commu-nity sports. By study on the obstacles, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward.
