"置盐定理(Okishio Theorem)"与马克思利润率下降趋势理论是直接对立的。可是,被西方学者广泛用来否定马克思利润率下降趋势理论的"置盐定理"并不正确。它是马克思早已深入分析过的阻碍利润率下降的其中的一个因素。就节约生产成本的技术创新而言,并不必然导致利润率的上升。从长期来看,节约生产成本的技术创新也会导致利润率的下降。

Okishio Theorem is in direct opposition to the downward trend of profit rate in Marx＇ s theory. However, this theorem,which is widely used by western scholars to deny the downward trend of profit rate in Marx＇s theory, is not correct. It is one of the factors to hinder profit rate decline, which Marx analyzed in-depth. Technological innovation to reduce production costs does not necessarily lead to profit rate rise. On the contrary, such innovation may eventually lead to profit rate decline in the long run.
