《南柯太守传》的叙事艺术——以《枕中记》为参照

The Narrative Techniques in Nanke Prefecture Biography——Based on The Tales in Pillow

《南柯太守传》与《枕中记》因受当时佛道思想之熏化,命意大体相同,皆述主人公于短梦之中历尽一生,最终悟得人生如梦,虚无为归,显现了浓郁的佛老思想。两文虽同以梦为载,宣扬出世,但《南柯太守传》的叙事却比《枕中记》要成熟、精密许多,在对故事主角的处理和叙事方式这两个方面表现尤为突出。

Nanke Prefecture Biography and The Tales in Pillow,which were respectively written in the second or third year of Jianzhong and the 18th year of Zhenyuan,shared substantially the same theme under the influence of Buddhism.Both of the novels described stories of the protagonist realized the life was just like a dream and nothingness after having a dream,which showed a heavy Buddhism and Taoism.Although the two novels all publicized the Buddhism by using dream as the carrier,but the narrative techniques in Nanke Prefecture Biography was much sophisticated and accurate than that in The Tales in Pillow,which can be seen clearly from the handling of the story protagonist and the narrative styles.
