南社诗人朱剑芒编古典小说选集平议

Comment on Anthology on the Classical Novels Selected and Compiled by ZHU Jian-mang as a Poet in Nan She

20世纪30年代,朱剑芒在对古典小说选集《美化文学名著丛刊》和《章台纪胜名著丛刊》的编选过程中,遵循"真"和"美"的小说原则,将古典与现代融为一体,对处于新旧文化转型的传统文人寄寓深切的人文关怀,颇具时代意义。两部小说选集的编选渗透了编者自身在社会变迁、文化转型的新形势下对传统文人自身情感和文化命运的追思,以及对小说之美的独特理解,寄寓了其将古典之美与现代意蕴绾合的小说理想和人生境界。这一对新旧过渡时期部分传统文人历史和文化命运的关注理应成为五四之后"人"的文学的一部分。

In the 1930＇s,ZHU Jian-mang,following the novelistic principles of truth and beauty,combining classic and modern together and having the deep humanistic care to traditional literati,selected and compiled Anthology on the Classical Novels of Beautifying Literary Masterpiece Collection and Zhang Tai Records of Historical Sites＇ Masterpiece Collection.These two works convey the eider＇s reflecting on the emotion and cultural destiny of traditional literati,the unique understanding to beauty of novels,and ideals about novels and the realm of life.It developed the literature of human after the May 4th attending to the history and cultural destiny of some traditional literati between the new and old eras.
