学校变革的动力及其运行机制

School Reform Motivation and Its Running Mechanism

学校变革的动力来自于学校变革系统中的内部力量和外部力量,变革的动力得以呈现和发挥主要是通过变革的传导、变革的协调以及变革的支持这三种作用形式来实现。学校变革动力系统的完善需要激发变革主体的内生性动力、整合变革动力的作用形式、遵循学校变革动力机制的运行规律。

School reform motivation was analyzed from three aspects ：the types and their relationships ,the forms and functions, the running mechanism of school reform motivation. On the basis of this analysis, the author holds that in order to improve motivation system of school reform, we should arouse the inner motivation of school reform subjects ,integrate the forms of school reform motivation and follow the rules of running mechanism of school reform motivation.
