我国义务教育质量评价主体的选择还存在很大问题,包括评价主体单一;社会评价力量薄弱;学校自我评价的功能难以发挥等问题。义务教育质量评价主体的选择需要根据评价结果的客观性、效用性、评价成本、评价主体与评价客体的适宜度等几个方面来确定。根据教育质量的构成和教育主体之间的各种委托代理关系,不同类型教育质量的评价主体也是不一样的。
