摘要
膨胀珍珠岩复合型保温冒口套的保温材料由膨胀珍珠岩、水玻璃及陶土组成.分析了其保温机理及制作工艺.初步生产试验表明,使用这种保温材料铸件质量正常,单个冒口节约钢水30%~50%,工艺出品率平均提高14%左右.
The compositions of expanded perlite insulation of riser sleeves include perlite, water glass and clay composites. This paper analyzes the heat preservation during production. The initial test shows that the thermal insulation of casting quality is normal and it saves 30%50% of steel, with the yield in- creased by 14%.
