摘要
阐述了高职院校财务信息公开的重要性以及目前财务信息无论是从范围、方式还是时效性上都跟不上当前要求的问题,提出了采用以计算机技术和网络技术为基础的财务发布系统的设计思路:由财务数据流向确定系统的相应功能,实现数据共享,提高财务信息化管理水平.
The budget transparency is an important part of the information transparency of a vocational college. This paper expounds the financial management in relation to scope, manner and time, and argues for improvement of the financial management to meet the requirements. A network-based model is pro- posed for the sharing of data, and efficient information management.
