葡萄砧穗组合生理物质变化与嫁接亲和力的关系 被引量:10

摘要 用101-14MG、贝达、Flourilush作砧木,以红地球、京秀为接穗,测定各嫁接组合的形态指标,研究砧、穗叶片中可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、CAT、POD和PPO活性与嫁接亲和力的关系。结果表明,红地球/101-14MG、京秀/101-14MG成活率较高,分别为96.7%和93.3%,其次为京秀/贝达,成活率为86.7%,其余各组合嫁接成活率低于80%。生长势的强弱与嫁接成活率存在正相关;嫁接亲和力的高低与可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、CAT、POD和PPO活性无直接相关,而与砧、穗叶片中可溶性糖含量差值、可溶性蛋白质含量差值、CAT、POD和PPO活性的差值呈显著负相关。 This paper reported graft affinity of different combination of two grape scions with three rootstocks of on the basis of comparison of field biology and indoor physiological and biochemical analysis.The results showed that the difference of graft compatibility was observed in different stock-scion combination.The survival rates of grafts in Red Glober/101-14MG and Jingxiu/101-14MG were 96.7% and 93.3% respectively,the survival rate of grafts in Jingxiu/Beta was 86.7%,but the survival rates of graft in other combinations were lower than 80%.The difference in absolute values of TSS content,soluble protein content,POD,CAT,PPO activity between rootstock and scion was related to graft affinity.That is to say the lower the difference,the higher the graft affinity is.
