汪康年报刊职业认同探析——基于职业态度与情感等视角的考察

On Wang Kangnian's Occupational Identity as a Journalism Practitioner

汪康年对中国近代报业的贡献十分巨大,然而,对其研究却存在很大不足,不仅成果数量少,且基本集中在对其办报活动与思想等的介绍与概括层面,很少有对其职业心灵的研究。引入职业认同视角,通过对其职业态度、情感、投入度、忠诚度等的探究,考察其对办报这一职业的内心体认,把握其职业心灵与精神之状况。

Tremendous research achievements about journalism practitioners have been obtained in the past 30 years,but research on Wang Kangnian has not been in a sufficient state.Not only are research achievements very limited,most of them also focus on the research of Wang＇s journalism activities and thoughts,and research achievements about his occupational soul can hardly be seen.This paper tries to explore Wang Kangnian＇s occupational soul from an ＂occupational identity＂ angle in order to enter the recess of his occupational ideology and psychology.
