特色专业建设问题是当前我国高校专业建设工作中的一个热点话题,小学教育特色专业的建设问题无疑是整个高校特色专业建设工程体系中的一个重要组成部分。梳理与反思包头师范学院小学教育特色专业近三年的建设与发展过程,可以清晰地认识到:人才培养模式的准确定位、师资队伍建设的科学合理规划、职业技能训练与考核制度的制订与实施、小学教学实践环节的落实、对专业建设热点问题的关注等多方面的探索与实践,形成一股合力,加速小学教育专业的建设进程,凸显了专业特色。

The specialty construction relently is now a hot topic in university specialty construction. The con- struction of primary school education is undoubtedly one of the most important parts. This paper has reviewed the primary school education specialty construction in the recent three years in Baotou Teachers College, which clearly shows that it is the orientation of talents training, the reasonable planning of teacher training, the formulation and im- plementation of vocational skills training and assessment system, and the exploration in practice mode that speed up the primary school education specialty construction process, highlighting the professional characteristics.
