From the state of our country's technology, market and the policy of using foreign capital, the essay studied the causes of the insufficient investment from multinational corporations. It also discussed the policies to absorb foreign capital and precautions against its negative effect concerning of maintaining the development of national economy, enhancing international co-operation and designing relevant policy for using foreign capital.
