摘要
蛋白质构象病是一类由于蛋白构象错误而引发组织病变的疾病。阿尔兹海默症是一类典型的蛋白质构象病,而关于其相关蛋白,β淀粉样多肽(Aβ)诱发疾病的机理目前有很多种说法,最近发现朊蛋白在Aβ诱发阿尔兹海默症的过程中有着较为重要的作用。综述了朊蛋白与Aβ的主要作用方式以及这些相互作用与阿尔兹海默症关系研究的最新研究进展。
Alzheimer's disease is a typical protein conformation disorder disease which is caused by misfolded and toxic cellular proteins. Many mechanisms have been proposed explaining the pathogenesis of D-amyloid (Aβ). Recently the cellular prion protein has been found to be related to the Aβ-induced toxicity, This review mainly focuses on the recent advances about the interactions between Aβ and cellular prion protein.
