摘要
以高温油相法合成了NaY0.98-xF4:Ybx/Er0.02(x=0.2、0.4、0.6、0.8、0.98)纳米晶体,并通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和荧光分光光度计对制备的产品进行表征。XRD结构显示合成的NaY0.98-xF4:Ybx/Er0.02产品均为六方相;SEM结果表明晶体呈六边形盘状;上转换荧光光谱显示在相同激发功率条件下,随着Yb3+掺杂浓度的提高,绿光和红光的发光强度均降低,红光/绿光强度比升高。
NaY0.98-xF4:Ybx/Er0.02(x=0.2, OA, 0.6, 0.8, 0.98) nanocrystals have been prepared using high-temperature oil-phase method. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Wansmission eleclron microscopy (SEM) and fluorescent spectrophotometer. The XRD result suggests that the NaY0.98-xF4:Ybx/Er0.02 nanocrystals are all hexagonal phases. SEM images indicate that NaY0.98-xF4:Ybx/Er0.02 nanocrystals are nearly hexagonal nanoplates. Upconversion emission spectra show that under the same power density, intensity of green and red emissions decreased, but the emission intensity ratio of red to green increased with the improvement of doping concentration ofyb^3+.
