摘要
采用水热反应法制备了结构新颖的高效WO3/W光阳极并研究了其光电催化性能。首先将预处理的钨片煅烧使其表面产生三氧化钨层以提供水热反应晶体生长所需的晶种,然后使用聚乙二醇作为导向剂控制晶体在其表面的生长方向,最后将水热反应的产物进行高温煅烧使其结晶化。研究结果表明,这一制备方法可以在钨表面生成高度有序的纳米条结构,在1.5V时的光电流能够达到1.8mA/cm2。
A novel WO3/W photoanode has been synthesized through a facile hydrothermal process and its photoeleclrochemical properties have also been investigated. The tungsten sheet was prennealed to produce a thin-layer WO3 on surface to serve as seeded sites for crystal growth in hydrothenrmal reaction, which also provided a strong connection between the growing WO3 and substlate. Then the polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as the structure-directing agent to confine the crystal growth. Highly aligned nanostrip structure can be formed by this preparation mute. The photocurrent density at 1.5 V can reach 1.8 mA/cm^2.
