略论新中国成立初期黔东南地区的禁烟禁毒运动

On the Movement of Anti-drug in Qiandongnan Region in the Early Days of the People's Republic of China

新中国成立初期,在党和人民政府的领导下,黔东南地区开展了声势浩大的禁烟禁毒运动,从源头上基本解决了旧中国历届政府所无法解决的烟毒泛滥问题。这一运动的胜利,荡涤了旧社会的污泥浊水,为黔东南地区的政治、经济、文化的发展,提供了良好的社会条件。

In the early days of the People＇s Republic of China, under the leadership of the Party and the people＇s government, a large anti-drug campaign was launched in Qiandongnan region, which from the source basically solved the problem of drug flooding that could not be solved by successive old governments, drug charges were basically wiped out. The victory of this movement cleaned up the dregs of the old society and provided a good social conditions for Qiandongnan region＇s political, economic and cultural transformation.
