It＇s the requirements of reform in education of the times for universities and colleges of new century to promote the research-based and enlightening teaching and to work hard to develop students＇ sense of innovation. In the light of predicaments of the local universities in the implementation of research-based teaching, it＇s essential to break the deep-rooted traditional teaching style, to set up the research-based teaching ideas, to enhance teachers＇ qualification for degree and stimulate teachers＇ enthusiasm in academic research, to respect students＇ personalities and characters, to establish a equal and harmonious teacher-student relationship, to improve school environment actively and to provide a good condition for the research-based teaching.
