社会比较视角下的中学生心理问题及其调适

On Psychological Problems of High School Students from the Perspective of Social Comparison

社会比较是一种在社会中广泛存在的心理现象。青春期的中学生身在校园环境中,无法避免地要进行社会比较。恰当的社会比较帮助中学生进行自我评价,形成对自我的认识,了解自己所处的位置,以及明确自己未来的方向。但是,不恰当的社会比较也会给中学生带来烦恼,甚至带来心理问题。正确的认识社会比较及其与心理问题的关系,并对中学生的社会比较方式、内容等进行合理有效的引导是解决中学生心理问题的有效途径之一。

Social comparison is one of the social widespread psychological phenomena. On campus, adolescent students fail to escape from the social comparison, which helps them to have self-evaluation, formation of self awareness, an understanding of their own position, and make clear its future direction, however, inappropriate social comparison also bother students, even bringing psychological problems. It is one of the effective ways to solve students＇ psychological problems to have a correct understanding of social comparison, the relationship of mental problems and then reasonably guide students＇ social comparison in the way and content.
