摘要
在提出工程系统脆弱性概念的基础上,分析了城市轨道交通系统运营安全的特性和脆弱性的特征。从干扰、暴露和脆弱性3个方面分析了城市轨道交通系统运营安全事故的机理,指出改善系统脆弱性是预防运营安全事故的关键。建立了包含漏洞修复、后果控制、鲁棒性提升和恢复力加强机制的基于脆弱性的城市轨道交通系统运营安全提升机制;并运用上述理论分析了某安全事故。
The characteristics of safety and vulnerability in urban mass transit operation are analyzed based on the con- cept of vulnerability in engineering system, then the mech- anism of urban mass transit accident is studied from 3 main aspects including interference, exposure and vulnerability, the improvement of the vulnerability is pointed out to be the key to prevent accident. An upgraded mechanism is es- tablished to ensure the safety of urban mass transit opera- tion, which comes from the bug fixing mechanism, conse- quence controlling mechanism, robust promotion mecha- nism and resilience reinforcing mechanism. This mecha- nism has been used to analyze a real accident in urban mass transit.
