摘要
铜铝接线端子为刚性接触悬挂的主要载流部件,其运行状态关系着地铁牵引供电系统的稳定性。以广州地铁刚性接触悬挂铜铝接线端子出现的断裂情况为原型,分别从焊接工艺、材质特性、受力情况和施工工艺等4个方面分析其断裂原因,并将分析结果和现场使用情况结合提出两种铜铝接线端子的改进方案:对其连接方式和铜铝接线端子本体进行改进。
The copper and aluminum connector is a main part in rigid overhead catenary system, its running state is directly related to the stability of metro traction power supply system. The copper and aluminum connector in the rigid overhead catenary system of Guangzhou Metro Corporation is take as a pro- totype,the reasons of copper and aluminum connector's fracture are analyzed from welding process, material properties, stress condition and construction process respectively. Finally, two improvement programs for the copper and aluminum con- nector are proposed.
