骨生化代谢指标和singh指数预测老年髋部骨折发生的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 随着社会的发展、寿命的提高、人口结构的老龄化,老年髋部骨折患者呈上升趋势。老年人身体机能下降,免疫功能低下,原有并存疾病以及各种并发症,导致老年髋部骨折的整体治疗效果未达到理想水平,并且死亡率高,病程长,加重经济和社会负担。因此,预测老年髋部骨折的发生意义重大,对于老年髋部骨折风险提前做出预测,尽早预防,降低骨折的发生率,将提高老年人口的生活质量。本文从骨生化代谢指标和Singh指数两个方面关于预测老年髋部骨折发毕的研究讲展做一文献复习。
