前交叉韧带损伤的危险因素 被引量:3

摘要 前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)损伤多见于运动损伤和军事训练损伤,文献报道在运动员人群中其发病率为每1000h比赛与运动时间有0.06~3.7;而在军事训练人群中,急性ACL损伤(ICD-9代码844.2)的发病率为每年3.79‰,陈旧性ACL损伤(ICD-9代码717.83)的发病率为每年3.09‰。
