摘要 通过抽象摊铺-压实过程,描述了任意时刻压路机的位置,联合线性降温的混合料温度表达式,建立了紧跟碾压和分段碾压2种压实工艺情况下任意位置混合料压实温度的数学模型.通过模型分析,得到了压实温度概率分布特征及其变化规律.分析3种压实情况的压实温度历程,证明了碾压-摊铺的速度比决定于压实温度的离析程度,同时得到了速度比的合理范围.基于旋转压实曲线拟合函数,建立了不同压实温度历程的混合料密度计算公式. By the abstract of paving-compaction process, the location of the rollers is described at any time and combined with the linear cooling the mixture temperature expressions, the mathematical model of arbitrary position compaction temperature of segmentation compaction and following compaction is set up. The compaction temperature probability distribution characteristics and the impact of the law is obtained by model a- nalysis. Analysis of three kinds of compaction compaction temperature history prove that the ratio of paving speed and compaction speed can result in the compaction segregation, and the reasonable value of the ratio scope. Based on gyratory compaction curve fitting functions, the mixture density formula of different compaction temperature course are established.
