摘要
临床治疗和预防骨质疏松症的重要目标之一是预防初次骨折和防止再次骨折,但如何治疗和预防骨质疏松症还存在较大争议。本文就骨质疏松症手术治疗的适应证、围术期的处理等有争议的相关热点进行综述,以期供同道参考。
One of the important goals of the current clinical treatment and prevention of osteoporosis is to prevent initial fracture and fracture again. However, there is considerable controversy on how to prevent and treat osteoporosis. In this paper, the author summarizes related hot points of combined osteoporosis orthopedic surgery during perioperation for reference to fellow.
