摘要 经皮椎体后凸成形术是当前治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折较常用的方法,其具有迅速缓解疼痛、改变脊柱畸形和损伤小等特点,但邻近椎体骨折是常见合并症之一,发生率较高。本文就其临床与实验研究结果进行综述。 Percutaneous kyphoplasty is a popular way to treat the osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, which can alleviate the acute back pain, reduce the deformity of spine, gain a less injury to patients. However, one of the most common complications is the adjacent vertebral fracture after PKPs with the high incidence. This review is to il- lustrate the relative clinical and experimental research briefly.
