奶牛围产期疾病病因的调查研究

INVESTIGATION ON ETIOLOGY OF PARTURITION-AROUND STAGE FROM DAIRY COW

本文对宁夏四个国营奶牛场 12 0 0头围产期奶牛和个体户 2 5 0 0头围产期奶牛进行临床调查 ,并对 9种饲料 45份样品和 72份血样分别进行钙、磷、铁、铜、锌、锰、钴、硒、碘、氟、钼等 11种元素的测试。结果表明 :围产期奶牛产奶净能、奶牛能量单位、粗蛋白、可消化蛋白 ,粗纤维、锌、锰、铁、钴、钼均在正常范围内 ,钙含量稍低于正常水平 ,磷铜 ,胡萝卜素不足 ,硒、磺严重缺乏 ,氟高于正常水平。血液测试分析 ,血清磷低于正常水平 ,全血硒、全血铜 ,血清蛋白结合碘明显低于正常水平 ,全血氟 。

A clinical investigation on 1200 dairy cows during parturition-around stage form 4 state-owned farms and 2500 dairy cows during the same stage form privade-owned farms in Ningxia was conducted, Ca, P. Cu, Mn, Se, I, F, and Mo content of 45 samples for 9 kinds of food and 72 blood samples for 11 kinds of element were detected. The result showed: the net energy for milk production dairy cow energy unit, crude protein content, digestible crude protein, crude fiber. Zn, Mn, I, Co, Mo content during parturition-around stage are regular. Ca content is slightly lower than regular level. P, Cu and carotene are deficient. Se and I are seriously deficient. F content is higher than regular level. The results of blood detect that indicated Ca and P content of serum are lower than regular level. Se and Cu content of blood, serum protein binding iodine are significantly lower than regular level. F content of blood and Zn content of serum are higher than regular level.
