基于渔港防灾减灾功能对海洋渔船发展的思考

论文简要概述了我国渔港建设与发展的状况,通过分析当前渔业防灾减灾面临的形势和渔船安全技术状况,以及我国海洋渔船发展状况,探讨了提升渔船减灾能力对渔船发展的要求,建议尽快编制国家渔船发展规划、制定《渔船法》,加大对发展现代海洋渔船的支持力度。

Marine fishing boat is an important influencing factor in the disaster preparedness for fishing ports. Here we briefly review the current situations of fishing ports in China including construction and development of fishing port, safety technology and anchoring ways of fishing boat and fishery disasters actuality. Fishing boat law is in urgent need in order to offer legal basis for fishing boat and increase support to fisheries development confront with unexpected disasters.
