兔血清apoAl亚类的研究——Ⅲ兔实验性高胆固醇血症血清apoAl、apoB的变化

Studies of Apolipoprotein A1 Subforms in Rabbits Serum ——Ⅲ. Changes of Apolipoprotein A1, B in Rabbits Serum With Hypercholesleremia

喂胆固醇诱导大耳白兔形成高胆固醇血症模型,并观察其血清载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、apoB及其比值的变化。实验结果表明:高胆固醇血症兔血清apoB含量明显升高,apoA 1/apoB比值明显降低,而apoA1与对照组比较无明显变化。提示:外源性胆固醇刺激体内含apoB脂蛋白的生成。

Serum apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1), apo B were determined in rabbits with hypercholesteremia. The experimental results showed that serum apo B was significantly elevated; apo A1/apo B ratio had significantly decreased; but apo A1 level had no difference in rabbits with hypercholesteremia compared to controls. It is suggested that the synthesis of lipoproteins containing apo B was stimulated by external cholesterol.
