This paper systematically investigates the grammatical features of the numerals and relevant expressions in Singapore Mandarin.The numerals in Singapore Mandarin,though similar to the usage in Putonghua（Standard Chinese）,demonstrate some distinctive characteristics in the expressions of integer,fraction,decimal,multiple,ordinal,and approximate numbers.A thorough exploration of the grammar in Singapore Mandarin is significant in that it enables the Chinese learners to perceive the grammatical profile of the Mandarins in the world.
