军队通用车辆运行安全的模糊综合评价技术研究

摘要 通过对影响军队车辆运行任务的各类指标进行系统分析,建立了较全面的评价指标体系;结合模糊数学理论和层次分析方法,采用两两比较法和专家打分法,将评价指标定量化,经模糊计算得到定量的车辆运行安全等级;通过评价实例验证了所建立方法的可行性。结果表明:建立基于层次分析的模糊综合评价模型,能够解决军队通用车辆运行安全评价的定量化问题。该模型可操作性较好、针对性较强,评价过程和结果合理,值得推广。 The operation safety of military utility vehicles has great influence on the maneuvering capability of the military.For the benefit of the commanders to make decisions scientifically and make rectification of the existing problems,this paper gives a reasonable assessment of the operation safety of military utility vehicles before driving.However,qualitative analysis and semi-quantitative analysis for the operation safety evaluation of military utility vehicle are the main methods at present,due to the complexity of vehicle operation safety parameters and the particularity of troop's management.Moreover,this paper analyzes the various indicators,which have an effect on vehicles safety in the task,and establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system.Combined with the fuzzy mathematical theory and analytical hierarchic process,the indexes are quantified by using comparative and expert scoring method,and the vehicle operation safety grade is obtained by fuzzy calculation.An example is given to illustrate feasibility of the method.The result shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,based on analytic hierarchy process,can solve the problem that safety assessment of utility vehicles can not be quantified.The model has a certain purposefulness and strong operability.The process and results of the evaluation are reasonable,and the method is worth popularizing.
