College Research on Smart Grid Technology Innovation and Transfer Relying on GIUI Platform

官产学研是面向复杂技术的更高水平的产学研实践的服务与创新模式。阐述了官产学研合作促智能电网产业发展的意义,对近年我国大学参与的智能电网官产学研合作实践作了简要概述,从制度保障、多方合作共建智能电网研究框架以及服务创新等方面提出了官产学研结合促智能电网产业发展模式的建议。

The government-industry-university-institute（GIUI）collaboration is a higher level of service and technology innovation model for the complicated technology-oriented research practice.This paper describes the significance of GIUI cooperation in promoting the development of smart grid industry,and outlines the cooperative practices in recent years.Finally,some relevant recommendations are proposed in GIUI cooperation for smart grid industry development in terms of the institutional guarantee,the research framework of multilateral cooperation,as well as the service innovation.
