Study of Improving the Power supply Reliability of Distribution Network in Hangzhou

通过对杭州地区配电网现状分析,针对存在的技术和管理方面的问题,提出配电网设备全寿命周期管理、智能变电站建设、配电自动化实现等方案,以实现对用户可靠、经济、清洁、互动的电力供应和增值服务,并在实践中予以验证。

This paper analyzes the status quo of distribution network in the area of Hangzhou,and points out the existing problems in technology and management.Then it proposes the solution plans,including distribution network equipment life-cycle management,intelligent substation construction and distribution automation implementation.Thereby,the user-reliable,economical,clean,interactive power supply and value-added services will be established and verified in practice.
