摘要
采用聚乙二醇(PEG)、低分子量的环氧树脂(E-51)及双酚A合成一种可自乳化的环氧树脂,再利用相反转法,制备出一种分散相颗粒小且粒径分布均匀的非离子型自乳化环氧树脂乳液。系统研究了预聚物含量、PEG分子量、环氧基∕酚羟基比(nEP/nOH比)、催化剂用量等因素对乳液性能的影响。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶色谱(GPC)分析、激光粒度分析对乳液产物进行了表征。结果表明,当预聚物加入量为20%,PEG分子量为8 000,环氧基/酚羟基的比为2.25∶1时,制备的乳液产物粒径小、分布均匀、稳定性好,具有较高的应用前景。
A kind of self-emulsifying epoxy resin was synthesized by the reaction of polyethylene glycol(PEG),low molecular weight epoxy resin(E-51)and bisphenol A.Then,by phase reversion,a kind of self-emulsifying nonionic waterborne epoxy resin emulsion with small particle diameter and uniform particle size distribution was prepared.The effect of the content of prepolymer,the molecular weight of PEG,the ratio of epoxy group and phenol hydroxyl(nEP/nOH),catalyst dosage on properties of the emulsion were studied.The structure and property of the emulsion were investigated by Fourier infrared spectrum(FT-IR),Gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and laser grain-size analysis.The results showed that when the prepolymer addition was 20%,the molecular weight of PEG was 8 000,the ratio of epoxy group and phenol hydroxyl(nEP/nOH)was 2.25∶1,the emulsion had small size,uniform distribution,high stability.This kind of self-emulsifying nonionic epoxy resin emulsion has a high application.
