摘要
风险管理理念越来越多地应用于地铁工程建设中,借鉴肯特在石油管道中应用指数法风险评估的部分理念,对该方法进行改进,根据地铁建设的特点,对指数进行了分类,建立了地铁工程施工的指数法风险评估模型。并以盾构法施工中刀具磨损风险为例,应用该模型。结果表明,该模型能够很好地评价该风险发生的可能性,并且具有比较好的可操作性,也使得风险管理能够更好地指导施工,进一步提高了施工安全控制水平。
Risk management is more and more used in subway engineering construction safety,by absorbing advanced experiences from Kent index method which has been well used in pipeline,index method is improved for applying it to risk assessment in subway engineering.Taking tool wear risk in shield construction for example,this risk assessment model is applied,and some practical engineering examples are used for verifying the model.The results show that the probability index of risk can be obtained in this model.This model has good maneuverability,make the risk management give better guide to constructors,and further improve the construction safety control level.
