现代大学制度问题研究:当代挑战与路径转换

A New Way to Examine the Modern University System in China

目前,现代大学制度已作为一种明确的话语纳入国家政策文本,以制定大学章程为起点的大学组织内部转型改造也在着手进行。纵观近年来国内学界的相关研究与探讨,研究成果可谓丰硕,但其中存在的诸多问题与缺陷,使其难为目前大学制度的改革实践提供科学而全面的智力支持。而从伦理关系这一核心构念入手,阐释现代大学制度,并提出有关大学伦理关系呈现、解析与建构的理论解释框架,不失为推进现代大学制度研究与实践的一种新的思路。

For more than a decade, the modern university system has been one of the most popular higher education topics in China. Research on this topic has produced fruitful and meaningful results） however, problems with the research also suggest it is necessary to redesign the research models. This paper proposes a theoretical analysis framework with the core concept ＂ethical relationship＂, which should provide an enlightening way to further explore the modern university system.
