摘要 采用Ф220×600mm烧结杯模拟沙钢6号烧结机工艺条件,研究了不同配比生石灰对烧结过程的影响。结果表明:生石灰配比每增加0.5%,混合料中+3mm的粒级增加3.4%,料温升高0.9℃,燃耗降低0.4 kg/t,烧损率降低0.2%;生石灰配比由3%增加到4.5%时,烧结速度及利用系数增加幅度较大。综合考虑,在现有原料及工艺条件下,生石灰配比宜控制在4.5%±0.5%。 The sintering pot (φ220 × 600 mm) was adopted to simulate the technological conditions of Shagang No 6 sintering machine and to study the influence of different proportions of burnt lime on the sintering process. The results show that, when the proportion of burnt lime increases by 0.5 %, the size fraction of mixture above 3mm increases by 3.4%, the temperature of mixture increases by 0.9 ℃, the fuel consumption reduces by 0.4 kg/t,and the loss on ignition decreases by 0.2% ;when the proportion of burnt lime increases from 3% to 4.5%, the sintering velocity and sintering utilization factor increase by a large margin. With comprehensive consideration, the proportion of burnt lime should be controlled in 4.5% ± 0.5 % under the existinz raw material and Drocess conditions.
