摘要
根据加快技术创新和管理创新的思路,青钢烧结针对影响生产稳定的各个工艺环节进行技术改造、设备更新和尝试采用新的工艺操作方式,提高了烧结矿质量和产量,满足了高炉需求,同时实现了节能降耗。
Based on the idea of speeding up technology innovation and management innovation, in view of various process procedures which affect production stability in Qindao Steel sintering, through technological innovations, equipment transformation and trying new process operation method ete, the sinter output and quality were increased, the needs of blast furnaces were satisfied,and at the same time reduction of eneruv consumntion was realized.
