摘要
就柳钢120球团卧式强力混合机料耙不耐磨,寿命短,影响设备作业率的问题进行了分析,结果认为:结料、料耙不耐磨、线速度大、角速度大,加上固定螺栓小,这五个原因共同导致了料耙的快速磨损。针对这5个因素,大胆改进,采用陶瓷料耙,并将原来的含油尼龙衬板更换成超高分子聚乙烯衬板后,料耙寿命由原来的3个月左右延长到8个月,大幅度提高了设备作业率,获得了良好的经济效益。
In view of horizontal intensive mixer for Liusteel 1.2 million t/a pellet production line,such problems as poor wear resistance and short lifespan of material rake,and the problems which affect the equipment availability were analyzed, the result is that, such five factors as material sticking, poor resistance of rake, high linear speed, high angular speed and small fixed bolt caused quick wear of the material rake. In view of these five factors, improvements were made like adopting ceramic rake, replacing the former oil nylon liner plate with ultra-high molecular polyethylene liner plate, the lifespan of the material rake was prolonged from original three months to eight months, the equipment availability was increased substantially,and good economic benefits were obtained.
