船舶能效设计指数解读及温室气体减排措施分析 被引量:5

摘要 根据船舶能效规则强制生效的时间、背景及适用范围,剖析IMO关于GHG节能减排的相关研究数据,对能效规则的相关概念、EEDI基准值的标定方法及目前暂行性文件进行概括性总结,分析能效规则的强制性生效可能对我国船舶工业及相关配套产业造成的影响,提出若干节能减排措施。 In terms of the time of the Ship Energy Efficiency Rules will enter into force,its background and application,the public research dates of International Maritime Organization(IMO) about greenhouse gas(GHG) emission reduction were analyzed.Some general conclusions of relevant concepts,EEDI baseline calibration method and current IMO interim documents were summarized.The paper gave out that how Ship Energy Efficiency Rules entering into force affects and impacts Chinese shipbuilding industry and supporting industries.And some effective emission reduction methods were introduced as well.
