考虑到《纤维增强塑料船规范》(1991)仅适用于船长小于40 m的玻璃钢船,其局部强度的要求是否适用于船长大于40 m的玻璃钢船尚有待研究,为此以理论分析为基础推导出船长大于等于40 m的内河玻璃钢船横骨架式实肋板的计算公式。
