调脂治疗预防心脑血管病的困惑与思考

中国血脂异常人群的知晓率、治疗率和控制率较低,预示中国近期动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(CVD)发病率可能剧增。动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管病预防的重要环节。针对血脂异常,我们应当在生命早期开始生活方式干预和调脂治疗。他汀调脂显著降低CVD事件。大力推进LDL-C降脂达标,遏止未来20年中国冠心病的迅速增长势在必行。

The awareness,treatment,and control of dyslipidemia were very low in Chinese population,which forecasted that incidence of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases（CVD）would increase in the near future.Because dyslipidemia and atherosclerosis played important roles in prevention of CVD,we should begin to intervene life style and statins therapy early in life.Statins therapy reduced CVD events.So we should reduce LDL-C up to the standard,and hold back the fast increase of coronary heart disease in the future 20years in China.
